One part Zombie plus two parts pandemic

When we first brought 7364 International Drive to market for the Singhs, we anticipated a quick sale of a highly desired part of the Orlando’s famed tourist corridor. However, the world quickly shut down and the once vibrant artery became a ghost town. As the weeks turned to months, we went on a marketing blitz to drum up interest in the property, which was published in local papers and on social media. Potential buyers started to appear and I knew we had to seize the opportunity before we lost momentum. We did a call for offers inciting a multiple offer situation consummating in a record square foot sales price during that timeframe.
