The waiting is the hardest part

Lance Merritt opened a decade and a half ago as a one man operation growing his company. After three years of looking, we found the perfect commercial property in downtown Orlando to continue to grow his business. It was a winding journey, but well worth the wait. The property boasted a large yard (rare in downtown Orlando) with plenty of room to grow within the office and warehouse. I worked with Lance to craft a clear and compelling story to get his offer accepted in a multiple offer situation. The property came on the market on a Saturday and we tied it up by Monday afternoon.
